What's My Diet Like Today

Today's a new day... what's my diet going to be like today.

We will see how it unfolds. I've just gotten up and thrown down a protein shake and a couple scoops of maltodextrin(carbs), and I am about to hit the gym.

If you rely on diet alone to lose weight your selling yourself short.

Use a combination of weight training, cardio, and proper nutrition to receive maximum results.

The more lean body mass you're carrying the more calories your body will burn at rest. This is one of the secrets a lot of people use to get lean and lose weight - add more muscle mass.

I am going to hit the gym though - do work.
