Alright, back from the gym and I just had my post workout shake. This is the same as my pre-workout shake and consists of 60g carbs and 50g protein.
For protein I use leanfit whey from costco. It's an isolate/concentrate mix and to be honest - it tastes fine and does the job just like the more expensive proteins do.
Today I am trying to eat 5 times, with about 50 grams of protein per meal.
Lot's of whole protein like chicken breasts are good because it takes about 30% of the calories ingested just to digest it.
