My Diet Today

What did my diet consist of today...(pauses to remember).

Started off with a shake - 60g carbs 50g protein. Went and worked out, hit heavy legs. Feelin pretty good right now despite it being slightly difficult to walk now.

Post workout was same as pre-workout. I am kinda lazy so liquid meals work well for me.

A couple hours later some chicken rice and vegetables.

End of the day, chicken nachos.

At the end of the day, if you eat less than you need to maintain, you will lose weight. Ideally you want all your food to be healthy choices, but you can't be perfect all the time, don't sweat it.
