Hey, this is Mike.
In this blog I am going to be sharing some nutrition, weight training, and cardio tips. I am going to tell you guys how I lost 38 pounds in just three months.
This wasn't a difficult process, it just took some effort. That's the biggest key when it comes to most things, diet and exercise especially.
Before I turn in I will leave you with the first nutritional tip:
Eat at least 4 servings of veggies a day.
A simple tip, but most people can't do it. Try it for a week, it will clean you out nicely, help with absorption.
